Step 3 - Authorized Witness
The authorized witness can be a pastor, rabbi, church school teacher, elected government official, a qualified candidate for public office or a person authorized by The Ten Commandment Project's staff. The authorized witness also fills out their section of the Affidavit to validate the genuineness of the efforts.

Commandment Number ??: Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour. (Exodus 20:16 (NIV))

Damn, they got all their bases covered. Well I guess this is just for people who are really going to get their kid(s) to memorize this or people that are simply going to HELL for LYING to the CHURCH.
