It's cheaper to buy more cables. The shipping on one set for me is $6.00 for a total of $10.99 ($2.20 per cable). If you buy two sets, you're offered up to two more sets at $3.50. If you buy four sets, the total is $16.98. The shipping for me is $7.00 for FedEX or $8.00 for UPS. That makes the totals $23.98 or $24.98. The price per cable drops to $1.20 or $1.25.
You can always sell the extra cables so that the cables you keep cost nothing to you. I think you can never have too many network cables. By the way, these are Cat5e cables (Gigabit).
Update: If you use the coupon code 'TECHBARGAINS', you'll get an additional $1.00 off your order. This drops the cost to as low as $22.98 ($1.15 per cable).
