I'm admin of 3 servers, we support noobs and up.
If you want to be owned go to a CAL server.

my suggestion to you is to just update your server list (yes it may take awhile) and play on ervers with the smallest ping.

i play in HoustonXtreme servers. all 3 are in houston.

click the link to see which servers are up, on which ip they are on, and how many players there are. Right now we are fixing our NS server and changin our 3rd CS server. We are also opening a LAN center in houston, it is still being built though. Also, Mod if you feel I am spamming, please dont delete my post, just the URL. I know this is kinda biaist to post my own server, but it is the only one i play on. Also admins are on almost all the time.

you could also go and search for n00b or newb servers on gametiger.net i use it when i want to go bash n00bs. anyway, i suck now. havent played in too long. currently playing in: ix. Dust|Aztec|Inferno @ 64.105.89.250:27015 name is [-=1manclan=-]n00b or a.fat.tiger.plush.toy or baka^2 *shrug*
