Help! Cannot connect to certain websites

I have cox cable internet service and for some reason I can't connect to sites like etrade.com and billboard.com. I do have ZoneAlarm, but I turned it off and it doesn't seem to be the cause. I can connect to many other sites. Anyone have any ideas what's causing this?

Do a tracert. That'll usually let you know where the problem is.
