can someone help me figure out how to post a picture from my webpage into a message I post???????

I am having some trouble!

now just remove the spaces after the [

or click on the IMG button in the vB code options and insert the link to your picture. what kind of picture? :naughty:

I have posted that one before, but I just put a link to the site. I was wondering about puting the pictures in because I have another one I want to post and I couldn't get it to work. I put that one up because it did work before. I'll get the other one up soon, it is of my fat cat.
