Trying to test the monitor out and X-men 1.5 wont run on my computer. Says it wont play cuz the TV out is enable. Is this just a setting or is this something Im going to have problems with any time I use the DVI connection?
Any suggestions?

I think this happens with certain newer versions of nVidia's drivers. I have an ATI card and I run DVD Region-Free so I wouldn't know for sure. :D
Anyway, if you have nVidia maybe something here (http://www.digital-digest.com/dvd/nvidia/tvout.html) will help.

I see now. I hooked up an ATI 9700 but I'm still using powerDVD sw. It worked with my ti4600 but I guess the DVI triggers the block.
What is the best DVD sw to run with the this card?
TIA

WinDVD (http://www.intervideo.com/jsp/Home.jsp) works well for me.

I have a Radeon 9700 with a DVI connection and PowerDVD works fine for me.

Is it working with Xmen 1.5? That disc has some sort of protection on it. I can watch spiderman etc but that Xmen movie is a no go.

Sorry, I don't have XMen. LOTR works as has any others I have tried so far.

WinDVD works fine with Xmen 1.5. I prefer the powerDVD interface but whatever works.
