I don't believe there is a command line for that. The explorer menu uses an API call to the Windows Subsystem to do it...

No problem. If you have a multimedia keyboard with programmable buttons on it, just make a little batch file, point a shortcut to it and map a keyboard button to the shortcut.
If not, make the batch file with the shortcut and add it to the quicklaunch or task bar.
Just a thought.
