This unit will turn your monitor into a TV. It will NOT capture video into your computer, however.
Lots of great reviews at Amazon.
Use the $15 off of $50 coupon listed on the link at the deals page. There is also a $20 link if you are an ****** member(instead of the $15 coupon)

This is the discount that was posted with this deal on the deals page a few days back bringing it down to $62.42.

I seem to have missed that deal on Wednesday. Thanks

Only 3 reasons to get this over those:
1. You can use it with your computer off. That's kinda useful.
2. It's a great video switcher if you need it. Our church rented a $2000 Sony unit today for $225 per day, that sucked. It had big time problems with the s-video feed. We ended up using one of these $60 viewsonic boxes.
3. If you have a home office... If you get audited, a television set in your home office means your home office is no longer an office. However, a viewsonic video scaler/input box, or video capture card... (BTW, check with your accountant. I'm neither an accountant nor do I play one on TV).
BTW, DarkFury, you get your Asus TV880 working with dScaler yet? I just figured how to get sound working with it. Man, the picture quality just BLOWS AWAY the Power VCR program. I'm so happy. :)

I keep getting this error with both $20 and $15 coupons...
Attention!
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
Coupon 047920335 did not meet requirements and can not be applied. Please, review the coupon requirements and try your request again.
Any ideas?
Out of stock in your area.
You have to use GraphEdit to add a filter to the Crossbar. Connect the audio on output to the tuner audio input. Once you hit apply, sound works.
You got to try it, dScaler gives you so much better quality than the CyberLink player it's not even funny. TitanTV/CyberLink is convenient though. I'm all switched over to TV Guide and dScaler now. :)
