This is basically the same as the Sharp VL-NZ105U deal available through Amazon (http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/messageview.cfm?catid=18&threadid=145178) and 6ave (http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/messageview.cfm?catid=18&threadid=167763) as in the other posts, but for $25 more you get the normal battery and the extended battery (which retails for $69) and a larger memory card.
