There is a big difference actually..

Let's say that someone bought stuff up to 200 bucks.. the coupon states that since the total is above 100 bucks.. it's valid.. and so 25% off 200 would amount to 50 bucks off..

In this deal.. no matter how much u spend over 100 bucks.. u only get 25 bucks off.. now u understand? =)
