As you may have suspected at the time of your order, this unbelievably low price was an error. The correct price for this 21" monitor is $680.99. We apologize for this error.
This problem occurred because one of our other suppliers carries a $79.99 product with a part number (VS-21E) that is the same as the manufacturer's part number for this monitor. Because of this anomaly, our system automatically linked the price of that other product to this product's listing. Our system is designed to display the lowest possible price from any single supplier of a given product - so it displayed the $79.99 price you saw when it searched for prices on manufacturer's part number VS-21E. Please note that under our system, your order would have shipped from that same supplier who displayed the $79.99 price, and thus you would have received a 2 year on-site warranty for an HP printer (their part no. VS-21E) rather than the KDS 21" monitor you sought for your $79.99.

Accordingly, your order is in the process of being cancelled, and your credit card was neither charged nor authorized. If you'd still like to receive the monitor(s) you ordered at the normal sale price of $680.99, please call us or visit www.tccomputers.com (http://www.tccomputers.com) to place a new order.
