dell charge tax in PA?

Just curious, and quick question (yes/no). Never ordered from dell before and i just want to know if they charge sales tax to PA residents or not.

Dell Home Systems collects tax on orders delivered to Texas, Kentucky, Idaho, Nevada, North Carolina, Tennessee, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida. For shipments to other states, tax relates to the third party service contract only. The purchaser is responsible for remitting any uncollected tax on their order directly to the local taxing authorities.

Dell Small Business collects tax from all states, I think.

I don't recall Dell Home charging sales tax, but Dell Small Business definitely does.

dell home will charge sales tax if they have operations in any of the states they are shipping to.

DellHome doesn't charge tax for California orders but DellSB does. DellSB has better deals than DellHome though.
