anybody know the name of those gyro-ball thingies that are supposed to work out the forearm?? anyone know how well they work?

ooh, i have one... it's exciting for like a month then it just gets stowed away in the drawer. Pretty neat stuff though.

dunno, i kinda need to strengthen my forearms and my grip for judo. and i think this would be great for when i'm watching tv or something.

well it'll work those muscles alright, but keep in mind they're kinda loud.

they work well..i used it when i played tennis..although you're not supposed to use your forearm...
yea..you lose interest in them after a month...it takes a long time to get used to it...and learn how to rev it up.
id go with the old school grip thing..
