Friend needs a TV $400 max. Wants something 27-32in. Doesnt need to be high quality. Anyone see a good deal somewhere. Located in so cal.

Also, check wal-mart. Their apex tvs aren't top notch, but they're ok. They're cheap too. Their 27 inch flat screen is pretty affordable.
