I'll be honest and say you probably arent experience enough a user to overclock your system safely. Don't take offense, just take my good advice. If you dont want to make an expensive mistake don't overclock it until you know hardware inside and out.

well i like to try things and fix things so I can pretty much overclock. I just need to learn how. I'm not afraid to try it and learn from it.

So is there a guide to overclock?

I recomend you pass on the overclocking and just buy a little extra ram. You can't really get too much of a boost right now without spending a lot of money on cooling equipment.

For more input, if you decide you want to give it a try, read an overclocking forum, there are hundreds. Usulay you can find people who are happy to help with advice and there will probably be someone familliar with your hardware.
