1. Select a model (e.g. Trooper) 2. Select Build Your Own 3. As you step through the process, a popup window should appear asking for your e-mail. 4. Fill it out and you'll receive the link for the test drive voucher in your e-mail.
Or, try this link-it may or may not work- http://www.isuzu.com/testdriveincentive-byoi-trooper.htm
I've been seeing a lot of these 'test drive and get GC' deals lately and i'm really tempted to try. But i wanna know -- do the dealers bug you a lot about buying their car? like... do they nag you over and over again to try to get you to buy? what sort of 'ordeal' can i expect?
(i've never test drove anything before... go easy on me...)

I've done this a couple times. Both times the salesman told me they would sign the certificate and I didn't have to test drive. (I did anyhow) I don't think either took my name and phone number. I got a $50 for buy.com, and am witing for 50 from giftcertificates.com and blockbuster. My experience-no hassle at all, easy money.

So far I've got two briefcases, a Swiss Army watch, a picnic backpack, a $50 Blockbuster card and a pair of Canon Binoculars. One guy made me drive a car in a circle in the parking lot to fulfill the letter (but not the spirit) of the deal. I guess he thought I was from corporate checking up on the dealers.
Most car salesmen work on commission. These gifts are not coming out of their pocket. If they make you test drive, they might loose a REAL sale.
But how bad is driving a new car around the block for $50-75 bucks worth of stuff?

Orca, don't worry about the dealer pressuring you. He gets so many of the people coming in with the coupons that he is familiar with the reason why they're there. For example, when I presented my coupon and I told him that I was there just for the coupon promotion, the salesman couldn't wait to get rid of me and my coupon was signed right away. I kinda wanted to test drive a NEW Amigo, but didn't have the heart to put some more miles (for nothing) on the dealer's cars.

I did 5 different test drives in July and not one call back from a slaesman. The secret is to walk in the door with the coupon in you hand, introduce yourself and hand him the coupon. It really speeds up the process - like someone said they get a lot of walk ins with these coupons and they know what the score is as soon as you hand it to them.
Off now to test drive an Isuzu and a Saturn - the dealerships are almost next to each other.
thanx for the coupon.

Everyone is correct-just walk in with the coupon in your hand and say, "Can you validate this for me?" and boom, signature within 1-2 minutes.
Most salespeople either 1) want to hurry up and sign it to nab a "real" customer, 2) remark how they wish they could get in on these deals, or
3) Ask if you're not interested in the vehicle, you say "No..just the coupon", and they laugh! http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/smile.gif
Have fun..watch out for the terms/conditions though-GM ,from what I've read, stipulates only 1 test drive in 90 days. Use your work/in laws/parents address instead.

RE: other test drive offers. Your best bet is to search the message base for " test drive" and it should return them all - Nissan, Saturn, Buicks, Olds, GMC, Ferrari, Porsche, etc
Took my Isuzu SUV test drive yesterday for the REI $50 GC - in and out of the dealership in 10 minutes - he also gave me a baseball cap, coffee cup and a solar calculator !!!

Got my GC from Isuzu, via email took about 10 days from mailing it in.
There are some conditions on how to use it - you have to use it all in one shot.
You do have to submit a CC number for your order but I got a Buck Tool ($39.99) and some Power Bars. Total was just under $50. Shipping was free. Grand Total $0.
Anybody know of any new test drive deals out there? Test Drive deals been very very good to josechung!
