Dell Systems Shipment Delays?

Anybody getting emails from dell that they're systems are going to be delayed for shipment?

My last Dell, bought about a week ago, was delivered 36 hours after I placed the order. That's 36 hours to process the order, build the PC, ship it from TX to GA, and deliver it.

I was impressed.

Yea my last order was placed at 2:30 on a friday and delivered to my door at 2:30 on the Following Tuesday. TX to VA.

Dell is pretty quirky about their notices. Usually, they send me the "your system has shipped" email the day after I received it! :D

I purchased the 600SC about two months ago, Dell accidently cancelled it and reordered it. I lost a week in the process, so I called them and they upgraded my order to next day for free. Nice to deal with on the phone, I got nowhere by email.
