well my final flash project is due in a week and a half, so here is one of hte many things accomplished... "please enjoy with all your heart"

its a part of the overall project, liked the pic, want to use it in the flash project, will use it in the flash project, flash project is still under construction, therefore this is just "just one thing of many"

I don't get what yo'ure trying to do. When it loads if i have the cursor over the middle she just gets scaled up and down. On the left her hair gets "colored" in purple and on the right she just flashes.

What you might want to do is convert the jpg to flash so it doesn't get pixelated upon scaling and then you can easily color in the hair :)

well it was something i was having alvin help me with in class, its just to get the basics down so i can integrate it into the flash music vid im doing, i want to create a little interaction in it. therefore im creating mouse "zones" so that when the user places their mouse in certain areas, a differnt .swf file will play.

I see. No need to have a different .swf play though if it's in the same movie. You can just make movie clips and make the movie clips play when trigged by the hot spot.

I don't think you mean "a different .swf file will play." I think you meant to say that a different movie would play within your .swf file. That's a very simple yet fundamental aspect of Flash.

yea u corrected me with the movie, but to get a movie to play when the mouse is moved over a specific spot isnt really a fundamental, b/c u have to set it so it plays when hovered over, and you have to have it stop playing when its moved off of, eh, its not too simple to people new to flash. but a seasoned pro will have no problem
