a card. Wasn't even sure if I was going to get her that.

But I also got my stepmonster a card, which was a little more nicer just so she doesn't complain to my dad that I hate her,

and then my best friends mom, who is really like my mom, I got her this really cute card as well, which will make her really happy.

I got my mom 4 tickets to see CHICAGO on Broadway. She's taking 3 of her Atlantic City gambling buddies with her..These old dames love to get out and about and they love going to NYC so I'll probably toss her some $$$ to spend while she is down there as well.

All of that just for Mother's Day? It must be nice to be able to do stuff like that for your mom. I'm interested in hearing what you do for her birthday! :P

It's a great gift. If not for mother's day do it for her birthday. It takes a few weeks to get it done.

I am getting all her grandkids together for a picture. Then I am going to get her little gift certificates to all her favorite "lunch-break" places, and I also got her a mini-rose.

I don't have any idea what to get MIL...I guess that will be up to Hubby.

What about a basket for a moms-day-off? You could put in a free babysitting coupon, A movie ticket, a salon GC, Maybe a massage GC, or a manicure/pedicure GC. Anything a new mom never has time for? I bet she would love it!

She's the only mom I have..so why wouldn't I?
Her birthday is June 5th-I'll let you know what I come up with.

I bought my mom some stargazer's because she loves them, and I'm having them delivered Friday.

I took my Mom shopping and bought her some clothes last week, since she won't be here on Mother's Day.
As for the first time Mom? No clue, perhaps an NRA lifetime membership so she can have a place to take her aggression out when her kids are older?

i gave her one of those. and told her to go **** herself.

she stole my computer and brought to someones house for storage.

im pissed off, this and many other things are why once im 18 i will never see her again.
