how do i find out if/when a tv show will be released on DVD?

specifically interested in crank yankers from comedy central... i know they're available on CD, but i must have DVD ... EG will not tolerate a lack of visuals.

apparently, i also must own max and ruby episodes (from nick jr.) so we can watch those more often than the meager twice per day it is on tv...

i'm sure there's a better way, but usually i go to amazon.com and just check there. like the simpsons season III is now "scheduled" to come out July 30. woohooo!

but i didn't find anything on those two you were looking for.

Usually google does the trick for me.. If not, I suggest you email the channel that the show is currently on, or the production company and ask them.

Frequently visit www.Thedigitalbits.com. All the latest news on all kinds of DVD releases. First they will post rumors on when certain titles will be released. Then as soon as a date is officially reported, they will post that too. Trust me. These guys are SERIOUS about DVD.

how old is he? isn't crank yankers something you wouldn't want your young kids to watch?
