Toshiba 16MB Cache Laptop drive?

Hi I seem to remember seeing a deal not to long ago for a Toshiba 9.5mm 40GB laptop drive with 16MB cache for around $100. Is this deal available anymore? I see these drives for around $150-200 normally.

I'd like to get a laptop drive to ide adaptor and use two of these in a raid configuration.
