Sandals and Beaches Resorts will donate a million dollars directly to active U.S. military personnel. If you are currently serving, simply click below and fill out an Application for your complimentary vacation.
$1 million Donated through Travel Agent Bookings:
Show your support for our brave troops when you stay at any one of our 17 Sandals and Beaches Resorts. When you book your six night stay in a premium category or higher, we will donate a free three night vacation to your travel agent to give to a U.S. Military service person from their local community. Everyone deserves a little R&R at the resorts voted World’s Best. Consumers must call their travel agent to join “Operation Relax” Program ends August 9, 2003. Restrictions Apply.
Here's How to "Enlist": • Military personnel interested in taking advantage of Operation Relax must first submit an Application for their complimentary vacation. Applications can be received by downloading them from the "Application Form" link, or applicants may call the Operation Relax Application Hotline at 1-800-327-1991 x 4163 and leave a message and we will send out an application either by mail or fax.
• Once Application is completed, application along with photocopies of proper Military credentials must be mailed to: Unique Vacations - c/o Operation Relax 4950 SW 72nd Ave. 2nd Floor Miami, FL. 33155. Applications must be received by August 9, 2003.
• Applications will be accepted on a first come-first serve basis and will be available until the increment of $1 million is reached. Spouses will be able to fill out application for applicant.
• Applications will be examined for authenticity and once approved, a three-night travel certificate valid for two in deluxe accommodations will be sent to applicant and will be valid for 24 months after issue date.
• Military personnel that have obtained a certificate and wish to redeem their trip will follow instructions on certificate and mail certificate for redemption.
Disclaimer: Eligibility is open to all active military personnel who are legal residents of the U.S. and 18 yrs of age or older. Employees of Unique Vacations, Inc. and their immediate family members, or persons who reside in the same household, whether related or not, are NOT eligible. Trip is based on availability and subject to blackout dates. Trip cannot be sold for cash and are non-transferable. Approximate retail value of each vacation is $2000 USD. Winner and guest must travel together. Winners will be notified by mail. Unique Vacations, Inc is not responsible for late, loss, misdirected or scrambled submissions. Incomplete, illegible or late submissions will not be accepted. All submissions become property of Unique Vacations, Inc and will not be returned. All federal, state and local taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the winner. Unique Vacations, Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or modify Operation Relax. Void where prohibited by or restricted by law.
