So you know you're a geek when you see someone stealing from another person and the only thing you can think of is, "chown." But then it went from chown to fsck, cause she (the victim) certiantly caused a need for he (the perp) to check his disk.

that was definitely a chown moment. i would have chmod-ded him for sure if i saw that. make him rw-rw-rw by all users and see how he likes that.

It's true... I was at a resturant the other day, and there was a girl there wearing a t-shirt that said "I love nerds". Well, it actually had a big heart there in instead of 'love', but you get the picture.

if chown is seriously what comes to mind when you see that...dude... go get some sun. radiation glare from the computer doesn't give you vitamin D.
