If this is the same phone that I got my mother for Christmas over a year ago, forget it. Really lousy phone!!! It sounded like she was talking in a basement or something. She eventually threw it out after about 6 months. Amazon has a V Tech 900 MHz for $19.95. I have that at work and it is a good phone.
