No he's not. He cheers like a big fan, but he doesn't touch the teams' personel decisions like Jerry Jones and George Steinbrenner.

The man is the ideal owner. He turns a dead franchise into one of the top NBA teams. He looks first to the fans and players' comfort before looking at earnings and records. He gives out free Chalupas when the team scores 100+, most of his players would rather take a paycut than leave Dallas and dread when trades are discussed. He once said that he doesn't care about spending money for the team, that the value of a sports team isn't year to year cash flow, but overall team value and he's raised that significantly.

He's upfront and honest to the media and fans. Yes, he had a stint with fines and complaining about officiating, but I think he had a point since officiating in the NBA has too much power in deciding a game.

I personally wouldn't mind having Cuban as an owner. Btw the Maloof bros are equally as good and important. Remember the Kings of the 90s? They too were a laughing bunch, the the Maloofs turned the team into one of the best.

Vladi is such a freaking crybaby, which is why I want Dallas to win. Of course, the Spurs are going to take it all ;)

I have to agree with Yoss about the sportsmanship. Although there is some sportsmanship, you have to look at hockey where they're killing each other, then shake hands and support each other after the end of the series. It's actually quite moving.
