I saw this deal at Ikea's website a few weeks ago, don't know if its still there ...
Reserve a copy of the September 2000 catalog and get a printable $20 off a $100 or more coupon!
(Valid at all stores except Seattle???)

The Seattle-area megastore is a special case private venture as opposed to the IKEA corporate-owned stores. One year, the Seattle store was the largest seller in the IKEA chain. Also, profit-sharing is enabled, so one year, the employees got $2000 or more of shopping credit at IKEA due to stellar sales.

Profit sharing is great, I always go shopping on that day if/when I find out when it is. (all the profits for the day are given to the employees).
However, to single out the Seattle store REPEATEDLY on these coupons is really starting to char my nugget!! WTF!@!
Maybe I'll start NOT shopping on the profit sharing day, just to show THEM!! HAA HAA!!
Take THAT SVEN!

dudes, try this one. move the little boxes into the room to fill it up, then click on the flash right below the picture when it changes. this one doesn't work at seattle either.

Im sure they single out the Seatle store for legal reasons, not cos they want to see you suffer. :-)

Thanks for the deal. I brought my two coupons down to the new Bay Area IKEA and found that they were already offering $20 off $100 if you sign up for the IKEA credit card. So my girlfriend and I both signed up, and I get $40 off a great desk and dresser. Quality stuff for a very good price.
I didn't try using the coupons ALSO, but I assume you can't. But I've still got 'em for when I'm ready to move into my new place. Thanks again!

Oh yeah,
The credit card promotion is good today and tomorrow at the Bay Area store, I don't know whether it's going elsewhere.
