WD 200GB SE is on sale @ Fry's for the same price. I like the WD drives better the Maxtor so far.

Plus the WD SEs ahve a 3 year warranty vs. 1.

I don't know but my WD 120GB is quieter than my Maxtor 160GB. May be the 160GB is death because it makes lot of noise.
