I generally go it alone. I put a helpin hand out, but expect nothin in return.

Sometimes things come out more rough when posted on the boards. I've seen many times when innocent things got turned around and what not. Some people are too sensitive. Some dish it out but can't take it.

I've said things playfully and gotten a bad response and than i'm like f it than. I've also flat out dissed people for saying stupid stuff or talkin trash.:bigmouth:

Not sure what Cant has said to others to piss em off, but I know he (and about a dozen haters) dissed my team and for that I have to send stuff his (their) way once in a while. :pfft:

Well I never thought I would come to Canta's defense, but I think he's come a long way. Maybe not far enough for a lot of people but I remember when he would just pick the opposite side of an argument no matter how ridiculous:

Ok maybe it was never that bad. I guess I just got carried away(sorry Canta :P). But I think now that Canta feels he is a part of this community, he can't just start dropping Troll bombs and pissing off everyone here without retribution. Canta does add to the conversations around here and even though I don't agree with much of the stuff he says, I think deserves a little more credit. This thread was definitely bait for Canta but hey you know, Canta pisses off a lot of people so it's gonna happen. But it's obvious so it really didn't expose anything.

While I am on this little soapbox I would like to say that I like this community because no one really acts like they are better than anybody else(the people that stay anyways). We all have our opinions, but we know that the people reading this are intelligent people so even though we might not agree with another member, they most likely have some solid logic behind their thoughts. It's good to exchange ideas like this so that you become a stronger thinker, and so you know more that just your perspective.

I agree. I'll listen, and argue, with anyone good-naturedly. Does it go too far and bruise egos? Maybe, but I think we all learn. We may not end up agreeing in the end, but at least we can hear thoughtful and intelligent arguments to think more critically. Shoot, half of the reason I think my arguments are stronger now than before is because I've had to actually defend them.
