On question 5, I can only select 4 of the 5 radio buttons?! Once I make the 5th selection, another one un-selects? And since it isn't complete, I can't submit!

really? I was able to select them all. Make sure you're rating them from 1-5 and not each individually. I did it in the morning while I was half asleep and I couldn't figure out why I couldn't rate two things at [1], then I realized you have to put them in order from most important to least important.

i don't know if that'll help answer your question. :X
