Does any one have the rebate form? I get an error when I try to pull the form from Omax. Thanks.

I can email it to you if you want or better yet...Go to www.easierrebates.com and look under Khypermedia/Value Disc and you can submit it online then print out the stuff you need to mail-in there.

i went to my local OM and they gave me one. beats having to pay an extra $5 for S/H.

I got in on a Value Disc deal a while ago. I got 200 CDRs for $20 w/o rebate. It came as 4 50 packs. 2 of the 50 packs worked, 2 of them didn't. (On the 2 packs that didn't work, the CD-ROM wouldn't recognize that there was a disk in the drive regardless of which side was down.) So I ended up with 100 CDRs for $20...

Anyway, just a friendly warning. Personally, I'll never get Value Disc again.
