Ok, I have a better recipe. Piece of damn cake, too. I'm a big fan of the seasonings aisle at the grocery store, so there's a few jars of stuffs here.

1 large chicken breast
Jars of Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley flakes, and paprika.

Preheat oven to 350.
Place chicken breast in the center of a square of aluminum foil, large enough to completely encase the chicken breast when folded up.
Sprinkle liberally with roughly equal amounts of the Cajun seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Add a dash of the paprika and parsley.
Fold the foil to encase the chicken.
Place the wrapped chicken directly on the center oven rack.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Eat. Preferably with someone you love. ;)

What kind of recipes is she looking for? Desserts, main dishes? I have some good ones I've tried out recently!

Made this over the weekend. Not a gourmet recipe by any means but it was dang tasty!

Hungarian Goulash

1 pound lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups macaroni
1 quart stewed tomatoes
2 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
6 ounces tomato paste (optional)
A few drops of Tabasco sauce

Directions
1. In large saucepan brown ground chuck, drain. Add some tabasco for zing
2. Cook the macaroni
3. Add tomatoes, onions, garlic, paprika, chili powder, macaroni and tomato paste, if desired. Add water, a tablespoon at a time, if mixture seems too dry. Simmer until macaroni is tender.
4. Pig out....MMMM! :munch:
