I dunno about Styrofoam, but regular foam, they make in hughe cubes, then they load them up in a trailer (diesel) and ship them to the company for them to mold into their product..

In theory, you can't pass the speed of light. Because as you approach the speed of light, time slows down. When you get to the verge of passing it, time will stop. The last drop of fuel or last atomic reaction you'd need to pass it would never happen and therefore, you'd not be able to break the light barrier.
