I was taking zyrtec D (d for decongestant), but this last weekend I had some hard A that dried my throat out. So i decided to switch to regular zyrtec for today. It didn't work too well. only slowed my alergies down a little. So i decided to take a zyrtec D on top of my zyrtec. That worked wonders. i feel almost like normal again!
what i was wondering if it was bad to take more than it says too.

well, i'm assuming that you're taking the 10 mg dose...
usually, doc's will prescribe zyrtec-d at twice a day because the "d" part (plain sudafed really) is only 12-hour...so if you took a double ended up taking two doses within a 24 hour period shouldn't be that bad...however zyrtec, unlike claritin, can make you sleepy (i assume you already know how zyrtec affects your body)...but in my opinion you should be ok...call any pharmacy if you're really worried though...
but to be honest i've never heard of any adverse affects...but i'm not an expert...know what i mean

supposed to shrink your nads
oh wait that's steroids :P
I have been having massive allergy attacks, but then I went to Sav-on and found out that Claritin was now over-the-counter and doesn't need a prescription. So I bought it and tried it out. Worked wonders for me. No more sniffling or sneezing. Works for 24 hours, and is non-drowsy.

it is bad, but you can get away with a little bit of it... if you're just having a particularly bad day, go ahead and take an extra dose of it IF it doesn't make your heart race uncomfortably (i'm pretty small so a double dose of sudafed really gets me.) and drink an extra glass of water to help out your kidneys.
if you find yourself wanting a double dose every day, start shopping for a new allergy med. there's lots of good otc stuff.
