has anyone coached sports?

has anyone coached any high school sports? i'm going for an interview for a high school vball coach position tomorrow. but i'm curious at what the "going" rate for a coach is. i know it differs from district to district, sport to sport, but i'd like to have a ballpark figure in my head just in case.

I coached little league soccer once. But those were 3rd-5th graders and I was volunteering for no pay. Can't help you.

well, i'm now the varsity and jv vball coach for blair high.

you're right bs, the pay sucks. but then again, i wanted to be coach NOT for the pay, but just b/c i love vball and i want to have the chance to mold the innocent minds of high school girls...oh wait, did i say that out loud?
