Weltris anyone?

Does anybody know where I can find a working copy of weltris for pc? I had it probably...10 years ago and the song from one of the levels is still stuck in my head. I haven't had any luck finding the song so I was thinking maybe I could just get the game. Anyone know where it's hiding?
