what type of protection is there for people here in the united states who have been ripped off through ebay by people in international countries? the tricky part is that he scams ppl by having them send money via wire transfer through western union.
honestly, i almost got ripped off by him too but he got careless and i figured him out. but i just discovered others haven't been so lucky and are out hundreds of dollars. the only consistent information that is available on this guy is his name and location.
is this enough to take some sort of action? if so, what can be done?
