View Full Version : anyone else had Staples reject your orders?
As of three weeks ago, Staples has stopped taking all internet orders from me. Apparently because of my enthusiastic coupon ordering. The web site will accept my order and then I get an email rejecting the order and advising me to shop at my local Staples store.
Customer service does not reply to my messages to them about this.
Anyone else had that happen? Gotten any results from complaining to Staples?

I know I just got my most recent order yesterday. I checked my webcert & they charged me the right price. Not like they could have done anything else with the $3 balance I had on it.
From what I gather from other boards, alot of other people are getting their orders as well with no over-charging problems.

I got my free business cards from them. But I have never actually ordered anything from them that costed anything :) Try a new address and credit card number. And delete the cookie from your hard drive
go into c:windows and go into temporary internet files and delet all your cookies then try to order some thing and see what happens this happen to me at buy .com after i took all my cookies out everything was ok

Recently I have made 2 legit orders of course both including a 25 off coupon:
Electric Eraser 72.95-25
TI-83+ 89.99-25
Yet I checked with my bank and the only charge posted is for 16.55 WHAT where is that from, do they break up the charges???

For some reason this is typical of Staples. They do sometimes spilt the costs when you view the charge in the credit card. However, try to total out the sum of the charges. I have found many times I was being overcharged and had to do disputes.
