This is one of those goofy deals where you sign up for a buying service and they hit your card with a fee every year. You can cancel within 30 days and still keep the savings bond. Also sounds like you can cancel any time during first year and get your whole membership fee refunded.

Signed up, sounds like a winner, although I am new to this group. When I signed up, it said something about an electronic organizer as well, so who knows? Maybe that'll be free too.

Just signed up for this... I guess they will throw an electronic organizer on top of the $50 bond, we will see what happens. Its Citibank, well reputed company so I don't think they will give me any hassles when I cancel my membership. On the other hand, beware of Discount USA membership, don't tell me I never warned you...
