Anyone know how to get the rebate on the Belkin Surge?

From the main page deal? There is no rebate form available on the office max site (except for some Back to School thing) or the Belkin site.

SF, hey long time no talk. That back to school thingie is the rebate. Just print it out, fill it out (Item #64 for the belkin) and send it to the address shown on the form. Officemax is actually pretty good about processing these. They've never missed even one of mine.
