Not to falsely inflate hopes but...

it might be worth calling Dell and asking them to manually input the coupon code. I've had luck doing that with them twice. The first time, I helped a friend pick out a digital camera, and when she called in the order (webphobia), the sales associate offered her her own $100 employee discount that she hadn't planned on using. Well, I got wind of it and ordered the identical camera from a different associate, and had them apply the coupon to my order. No problem, they said. So, worth a shot if you really need that special something. As always, YMMV.
