I usually run my website on the fast connection at school but my capped comcast cable connection (plus running apache on my laptop) isnt as fun. I need about 300-500 megs storage. The only catch, it has to be cheap without any kinda of commitment. I only need it for 2 months until I head back to school. I saw 123hostnow has a no commitment $9.95month package but its only 250 megs...
any ideas?
thanks

Hey,
Here is what I did, I went to http://www.webhostingtalk.com
then add a post in Web Hosting Requests, tell them exactly what you are looking for:
500mb storage
for 2 months
under $5
and the amazing thing there is, you will get like 10 offers from hosts wanting your business. Its kinda overwhelming but its a good way to get cheap hosting fast.
-I dont work for them, i just found that to be a very useful site. I have used the request twice now.

I just signed up with Digitalibiz few weeks ago. I am pretty happy with them. Simple and easy set up. The plus is they have things i needed with cheaper cost.

The company I host through is GREAT! http://www.phpwebhosting.com
Everything you could ever want in a hosting company!
- 30-day 100% Money-back Guarantee!
- Big! 125 Megs of diskspace!
- Plus more for free as needed!

When I hit 125MB Limit I send a request through there php control pannel and had more space 5 mins later! Only drawback is you cant have sites whose primary purpose is file downloads or transfer. Also no Porn / Adult Sites.

No extra fees, cancel whenever you want!
I've used them for over 2 years and only had an issue where my page was unavailable once, and it was fixed that same day.
