How does the DellSB stackable coupon work?

I got one 10% stackable coupon code and one normal 10% coupon code but it seems not stackable.

Anyone know?

you cant stack coupons that you received in the mail. The stackable one you received in the mail can only be stacked with coupon codes that dell gives out to everyone (like $100 off a purchase of $1299 or more or something like that).
