i remember one time i had the privilege of driving the chinese national women's vball team around sd. wherever we went, people were staring, b/c they've never seen asians taller than 5'7". (the shortest player was like 6'1", only 18 yrs old!)

the funny thing was that instead of staying at sea world (as planned) they wanted to go shopping. so they stayed 25 mins at sea world, and 4 hours at mervyns! they loved the fact that they could pick up clothes that fit them at such cheap prices.
