Bissell came today.

I ordered the Bissell about three-four days ago and it came today!

Not bad, taking into consideration i was thinking of paying over $50 to rent a steamer to clean my apartment.

The only thing that caught my eye was the site (http://www.dnaoffers.com/bissell/gdotpl.cgi?code=PS120) said "*Limited time offer with the purchase of a BISSELL PowerSteamer ProHeat Plus." with the '*' next to:

Hum, looks like you get the corded hand vac (among other things) only if you buy the steamer.

But then the linked page says "If at any time within the 30 days you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, just call BISSELL for a full refund and a free pick-up and return. The shipping and handling to your home is free, the return shipping is free, and you keep the bonus BISSELL corded hand vacuum just for trying the ProHeat Plus."

So basically the site seems to contradict itself. I'll let you guys know if i get a full refund when i call to return the steamer.

I don't know legalese, but it may be that by ordering the BISSELL PowerSteamer ProHeat Plus, then you in fact "purchase" it. Even if you return the product, that doesn't mean that the original transaction did not take place, it just means that you took them up on their guarantee and decided that you are not satisfied. The return of the product and the refund they will give you might be seen as another transaction which cannot make the first transaction moot and void.

Again, I don't know anything about the law and how it see things in this manner, I'm just giving a hypothesis or a theory.
