need a deal on a cheap TV

I need a deal for a Cheap 19" or so TV with a Built in VCR and Video inputs for a DVD player (S-VID and RCA R, L , AND Vid)

any help would be appricated. Brand does not matter as long it it is a decent TV and CHEAP
