did any one get that dell deal 2for $465

I placed my order on 7/5 and then received no email to comfirm, when I called dellsb nobody had any idea what I was talking about. They pulled this one fast monday a.m :bigmouth:

my first experience with dellsb was awesome (nice system, 17" lcd)

my second experience with dellsb was BLAH. I ordered a dell axim w/ lots of accessories. well, i never did get a confirmation email, I had to call them. So when I talked to the guy on the phone he said "so, would you like me to put this order through?" ... i thought it was obvious that i wanted that when i placed the online order.


i think for now on when i order through dell, i'll order online and also call and confirm the order. it's probably your best bet.

I ordered a Camera from Dell.. and got the Confirmation Email around 10 minutes after I ordered.. and it was shipped out A couple days later... its on the way now

My last order from Dell never gets any confirmation (Dell Axim). I never call because I need the money to do something else.

ive ordered alot of things including camera's and laptops/desktops from dell.. dellhome... is usually really good about confirmation emails.. they come in quick.. and dellsb.. i dont know what they are lacking but their systems havent ever given me a valid tracking

you should call and cancle ... i meanwhat if they decide to put the order through in a month or something :)
