nope nothing here. Isn't that illegal or something...get people to register in return for something and then cheap out on the deal? Someone should report that place...

of course we are all going to live 5 years longer for not having got them...maybe we should thank them.

Two cigars eh? On that freebie page I filled out a long time ago it looked like it came with nice wooden box and everything http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/smile.gif. I've received nothing but spam from them...almost as bad as x10!

It feels like bait and switch cigar freebies. I understand that the agreement said I agreed to receive email from them in return for cigars. After several months of spam, I cancelled out. I assume that by cancelling, I forfeited my free cigars. A shame too as their "cigar bribe" probably collected a good physical mailing addresses linked to my name and email.

I have not sent any flame anti-spam to them because I bet they probably got into a lot of trouble from state attorney generals who received complaints that people under the age of 21 might have received cigars through the US Postal Mail.

I'd rather think kindly of them first before thinking badly, especially since there are a huge number of anti-tobacco people out there that would love to find any way to sue any tobacco-product seller for money if they sent even one molecule of tobacco to a minor. My state gov't runs "tobacco stings" of stores, for example. All my state would have to do is get any 20-year old to apply and fill out the survey form for free cigars. Voila. A nastygram and fine from that state's gov't.<small>
