Free movie ticket in specially marked boxes of Kellogg's cereals at Target
Go to your local Target and look in the bulk foods section for the Kellogg's 3-pack (Apple Jacks, Corn Puffs, Fruit Loops (http://www.cheapvcds.com/images/kelloggs_3pack.jpg)), 2-pack (Special K, Fruit Harvest (http://www.cheapvcds.com/images/kelloggs_2pack_1.jpg)), or 2-pack Smart Start (http://www.cheapvcds.com/images/kelloggs_2pack_2.jpg). All three bundle packs are priced at $4.99 each. Inside each of the cereal packs is a voucher (http://www.cheapvcds.com/images/kellogs_voucher.jpg) good for one movie admission (up to $12) at participating theaters (http://hollywoodmoviemagic.net/search_usa.html). There are no restrictions on what movies you can see. Watch new movies for less than $5 and get free cereal! I suggest you buy at least 6 bundles so you can make a cool little fort (http://www.cheapvcds.com/images/kelloggs_stash.jpg) like I did. :)
Vouchers expire 11/30/03. Please donate any unwanted cereal to charity. Thanks. ;)

Excellent deal! Much thanks for saving me $23.
I bought two 2-packs of the Special K/Fruit Harvest and Target accepted a mfr. coupon for $1 off two boxes of Fruit Harvest. A total of $8.98 for four boxes of cereal and two movie tickets. At $4+ per box of cereal and $8 per movie ticket, the total would have been $32 and change.

i just realized something...
what size are the boxes, because they look like full size packages! if so, the $5 for three or two is a bargain in itself! sheesh!

yes it is a deal in itself... if you're a coupon clipper, the best you can do at a local grocery store is 2 bucks per box.

No luck in College Station, Texas! I just got back from Target and they did not have any of these multi-packs.

:D I just realized that these tickets are good for Imax movies at the Lowes Metreon here in SF. Great deal! Plus, Apple Jacks rule! I hope Passwird didn't clean out the Target here in Foster City! :passwird:

Discount as much as you can . . . use all the tix . . . make Kellogg's pay . . . woohooooooo . . .
Just don't go back and buy the cereals after the ticket promo is done.
PS - I do advertising for a competitor ;)

I suggest a cereal food fight, or an eating contest. Choose whichever cereal you like. See who can down the most!

passwird, this deal rocks! you know how much cereal I buy from target? they have the best prices, 2 bucks or less for a box, but this is a steal. Already picked up 3 tickets, going for more tomorrow. I'll be giving some out to people, storing the rest in the basement, and eat it...eventually...
Thanks a lot!

The Target at Bridgepoint (Foster City) had lots yesterday. Other Targets in Bay Area (Serramonte and Colma) had no more.
I used the ticket at SF Metreon's IMAX which charges $12 for mon-thur movies. Saw Matrix Reloaded on this awesome huge screen.
This is definitely a great deal. Though the passes won't work for AMC theaters. Oh well.

Both target's near me sold out of everything except that smart start stuff. Luckly my sister's lil' friends are obsessed with health foods :D
Another idea would be just to donate it? *shrugs*
Awesome deal. My friend and I hit the local Target and cleaned out their entire stock of Apple Jacks, Fruit Loops, and Corn Pops.
No triple-box collection here in Maryland...:(

This deal is advertised in Target's weekly sales sales flyer (page 18) for this week in the Pittsburgh as well. So it looks like we can all raid the Target stores for at least another 7 days... coast to coast. YEA!

Dude, that's just wrong.
Anyway, supply of these multi-packs are everywhere now. Still a bummer that these passes don't work at AMC theaters. As far as what to do with the cereal boxes...I give them to friends. Smartstart and Special K with Berries are the favorites.

Damn skippy, the Target and theater are next to each other.
Went to Target got last 3-pack and a coke, then went next door to catch a flix while eating cereal and a coke from Target.

that's kind of a weird mix isn't it? wouldn't either the coke or cereal lose its sweetness?
