The site is a little suspect, but I put Green Mile in the cart, put in the 9409AB823 coupon code, and hit "Redeem Coupon", and it's supposedly on the way! It didn't ask for credit card information or anything. I'm not expecting much but hey, it's worth a try. At the very worst it's a little extra spam in the mailbox.

Yes, you have to click 'redeem coupon' to get the free shipping. If you click 'continue' at the lower right of the page, it adds shipping.

Same for me. The shipping came out to 19.99 for the Magnolia DVD which is ridiculous. The shipping was as much as the DVD itself. How did you all do it? Maybe it's because of where I live? I live in Nor Cal. Those of you who got free shipping, where do you all live?

Don't touch the shipping pop-up menu. Just enter the coupon code and hit "REDEEM COUPON". Shipping will not be added. Not that I'm saying this will actually WORK, but hey, they don't even get your CC information so at least you know it's not going to cost you anything.

It was supposed to be a 20 off 100 coupon, is what they told me, and cancelled my orders. But I have a sales receipt, So I'm contacting the BBB. When B&M stores screw up they have to honor their prices, so Internet stores should have to do the same thing.
