Probably a rebadged product. But for $10, it might be good for that second computer.

According to MadDog Multimedia: Predator 5.1… employs the C-Media 8738 DSP to provide TRUE 6-channel sound output and support for 4.1 and 5.1 speaker systems. As well as Sensaura™ 3D Positional Audio.

According to Sensaura: Sensaura has licensed its technology to the major chip manufacturers for more than 4 years. In 1997 Yamaha became the first audio chip manufacturer to license Sensaura technology, followed closely by the other influential players in the industry. ESS, Cirrus Crystal Logic, Analog Devices, C-Media and Nvidia all license Sensaura 3D Positional Audio, and account for about 62% of the worldwide audio chip market.

Nice soundchip. Some motherboards come with it as the integrated sound. Worth $10? Definitely.
